Since the ceramic process involves many factors and variables, we cannot accept responsibility for unsatisfactory results. We, Central Park NC/ Starworks Ceramics will replace material proven defective by standard test methods accepted in the ceramics industry. Central Park NC/ Starworks Ceramics is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages; direct or indirect arising from the use of, or negligence in using ceramic material. We offer no warranties outside of those provided by original manufacturers. All raw materials and Starworks blend clay processed by Central Park NC/ Starworks Ceramics, such as Pure Cameron, Pure Michfield, Pure Catawba, Star White 10, Star White 10 Coarse, Star White 10 Fine, Okeewemee 10 Fine, Okeewemee 10, Okee Medium 10, Grogeewemee 10, Sculpture , New Seagrove 10, East Fork Red 10, New Catawba 10, New Catawba 10 Wild, Dark Star 10, Wild Porcelain 10, Star Brown 6, Star White 6, Star Red 6 etc., are sold without warranty. The consumer assumes all responsibility for risk and liability. Raw local clays vary slightly from batch to batch, and while we strive to deliver a standardized product, we cannot guarantee consistency or purity. Testing is strongly recommended to determine the suitability of the product.

SHIPPING POLICY
USPS and UPS price with a handling and packing fee of $3.00 or 10% of shipping costs, whichever is greater. We will ship out 5-7 business days.
Damage or Loss of Shipment
Your order has been processed and packaged with care by our dedicated staff in Star, NC. If you receive your order by freight, upon receipt if you discover that the pallet of merchandise has been damaged in any way make a notation on the delivery receipt, leave the shipment as is and inform the driver immediately to initiate a claim with the shipping service. If the shipment has arrived safe and sound, open and inspect the order and if you find anything wrong with the materials and/or quantities received please notify Starworks Ceramics within five business days either by phone (910) 428-9007 or by e-mail info@starworksnc.org.
Starworks Ceramics Return Policy
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any discrepancy in your order, you must notify Central Park NC/ Starworks Ceramics within 5 business days. If you need to return an item you have purchased from Central Park NC/ Starworks Ceramics, a return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. We are not able to accept returns on special orders, weigh-out oxides and chemicals, jars of open glazes, or opened bags of dry materials. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit for returns will be issued after items are received in good reasonable condition at Central Park NC/ Starworks Ceramics. We will not be able to cover the shipping cost for returning the items.
